Brigitte NaHoN's work since 1985 is a constant search for unstable stability, that where the inner self is reached through the dialogue of Space-Time.
Through her 2D and 3D works, NaHoN creates moments of unexpected balance that emerge from paradoxical situations, feelings and daily circumstances, past and present, calling into question our habits, our way of seeing things, our feelings until to push our limits of knowledge and perception.
Thus, the fragility of a material becomes strength, the non-visible binds the visible and the heavy holds in suspension. The variety of materials used (water, oil, glass, artificial silk thread, steel wire, Baccarat crystal, mirror-polished stainless steel, gold-plated titanium in mirror-polished steel, etc.) and that of angular or contrary shapes Rounds link the elements of the sculptures visually creating stable balances for a given moment.
